Listings are compiled from publicly available information about practitioners' professional practice — names, specialties, practice locations and contact details.
How profile summaries are written
Profile descriptions are generated by Healthly from structured facts (specialty, location, practice). They are neutral summaries, not endorsements, and not written by the practitioner unless they have claimed and edited their profile.
Accuracy and freshness
Directory data is a point-in-time snapshot and can go out of date. We show a review note on profiles and provide a fast corrections and removal process. Practitioners can claim their profile to keep it current.
No reviews or ratings
We don't collect or publish patient testimonials or star ratings, consistent with Australian advertising requirements for regulated health services. Trust signals on Healthly are factual: qualifications, affiliations and verification status.
