I met people every day who thought they had to "just live with" pain or discomfort. That never sat well with me. So I shifted paths to learn moreto do moreand to give people better support and outcomes.These daysI work with people from all walks of life. Some are returning to sport. Some are recovering from surgery. Others just want to lift the shopping or play with their kids without flinching.My clinical interests include:• Shoulder and hip injuries• TMJ (jaw) pain and tightness• Recovery after joint surgery• Persistent or recurring movement issues• Goal-settingreturn to activity and long term rehab planningIf you’re not sure where to startthat’s okay.
